Welsh Refugee Coalition is recruiting volunteers!

Posted 27 October 2017 by swansea & filed under Advocacy.

Sanctuary in the Senedd is being held on January 24th 2018.

Would you like to volunteer and be part of the team planning Sanctuary in the Senedd and helping on the day? The Welsh Refugee Coalition is recruiting volunteers to help plan and run the upcoming Sanctuary in the Senedd event.

There are lots of different ways that you can help including being on reception on the day, planning the programme, speaking at the event, assisting with media and advertising and attendee management, amongst others. There is more information on the attached document.

About City of Sanctuary

City of Sanctuary holds the vision that the UK will be a welcoming place of safety for all and proud to offer sanctuary to people fleeing violence and persecution. In order to realise this vision, City of Sanctuary UK supports a network of groups, which includes villages, towns, cities and regions across the UK, and others engaged in Streams of Sanctuary, Sanctuary Awards  and activities intended to welcome people seeking sanctuary.
