Swansea City of Sanctuary secured funding in 2021 to conduct a short-term research project entitled ‘Where Are They Now?’, conducted by Zoe Murphy.
The project aimed to obtain and record a small number of stories based on interviews with refugees, and hoped that people would be prepared to share their experiences of employment and learning. ‘Where Are They Now?’ was specifically aimed at highlighting any difficulties experienced or opportunities for support in relation to career development and progression in employment.
