This April, one of our wonderful volunteers, Elaine Rees, is taking on an inspiring challenge to support Swansea City of Sanctuary.
Elaine, who has been volunteering with us for over two years – primarily supporting our Faith Groups and Schools of Sanctuary work – will be celebrating her 60th birthday by walking the final stage of the Portuguese Camino de Santiago. Over 6 days, she’ll walk an incredible 120km!
Elaine has chosen to raise funds to help us continue building a Swansea that is welcoming and safe for people seeking sanctuary.
She has already raised an impressive £308.75 towards her £400 target! Let’s see if we can help her reach (and even exceed!) that goal.
If you’re able to support, we would be extremely grateful for any donation, big or small.

Thank you for helping us make Swansea a place of welcome for all – and best of luck, Elaine!!
